Created and organized this national conference on LGBTQ dating, relationships, and parenting, held each year in downtown Austin, Texas. LGBTQ people and mental health professionals from cities nationwide attended the first two conferences in 2014, an 2015. Directed the intensive outpatient eating disorders program and the 35-bed inpatient psychiatric unit. Supervised a large clinical team and the delivery of mental health services. Developed program budgets, served as the primary contact for psychiatrists and professionals in the Austin community, developed and implemented utilization review (UR) and total quality improvement processes.
